Arduino Social Innovation Lab (Age 10-14)

In this courses, we introduce advanced Arduino projects that help the needy people: Blind People, Deaf People, etc. We believe empathy is the most important thing that a child need to have. This is the main difference between human and robot. Students will be inspired to build innovation solution that solve global problems.
What you learn
Innovation way to build and solve global problem
Work on Advanced Arduino projects, like digital scale, RFID Card Security Box, etc.
Focus on Programming and Design thinking methodology
Alcohol Detector (breathalyzer)
DIY Water Quality Meter (Turbidity Sensor)
Head Control Mouse (to help people with Central nervous system damage 中樞神經受損)

Sound Amplifier for Deaf People
RFID Card Security Box: Secure personal properties
Student without programming experience are recommended to take Basic Arduino / micro:bit courses.
Bring your own laptop with charger, USB port and pre-installed Google Chrome browser

All students will be invited to STEM Project Presentation Day on Jun 28, 2020 (Sunday)
Course Fee: HK$6000 (for 10 lessons)
Early Bird Discount: HK$5850 (for 10 lessons) (before Dec 30, 2019)
(Course Fee including all material cost, and you can take away your final projects)
Please note that:
- Maximum 3 make up classes per term.
- make up classes of term 2 must be held on or before Apr 18, 2020.
- make up classes of term 3 must be before Jun 28, 2020.
For New Students,
- New students can join the program in any class during the term time.
